Sooner or later "term of life" coolant is running out — its parameters become unacceptable for further operation, and there are no opportunities to adjust the composition of the coolant (restore its properties). So, the task arises to replace the old unsuitable coolant with a new and high-quality one.
Our company "STRON" solves the following tasks:
- Draining the old coolant from the circuit
- Washing/Dry washing of the circuit
- Production of a new coolant
- Injection of coolant into the system
The order of solving tasks
Coordination of the scheme of work, selection and production of a new coolant
At the request of the contractor, the customer provides the information necessary for drawing up the scheme of work (access to the object, construction of the circuit, connection points, electricity, etc.). The customer chooses the brand of the new coolant. The contractor produces the necessary volume of the new coolant in advance. The contractor also prepares all the means necessary to perform the work (equipment, pipelines, reagents, control devices, etc.).
Draining the old coolant from the circuit
At the agreed time, the contractor arrives at the facility with equipment and personnel to carry out the work. A new coolant is delivered there, designed to replace the old one.
Washing/Dry cleaning of the circuit
If necessary, the contractor carries out washing/chemical washing of the circuit, if it was previously agreed upon by the parties.
Injection of coolant into the system
The contractor injects a new coolant into the customer's circuit. We have practical experience in working with systems of various designs, including hard-to-reach points connections (difficult entrance/approach, roof, basement, open area, other).
