During operation, "waste products" accumulate in any heat exchange circuit in the form of sediments on the internal surfaces and substances that contaminate the coolant. The reasons for this process and the nature of the sediments can be very different from each other in different cases.
Therefore, it is necessary to act in order to eliminate pollution in different ways. In order not to approach the task "with closed eyes" and to act as efficiently as possible, we comprehensively analyze the situation in advance. Removal of contamination from the circuit is carried out by washing it with the help of appropriate chemical reagents.
"STRON" solves the following tasks:
- Laboratory and technical analysis of factors contaminating the circuit during operation
- Selection of effective reagents and removal of accumulated sediments from the internal surfaces of heat exchange equipment

Obtaining sediment samples and technical details from the customer
The customer provides sediment samples from the contour. We analyze their chemical composition and select the most effective chemical reagents for flushing the circuit.
Coordination of the work execution scheme
The customer, at the request of the contractor, provides the information necessary for drawing up the scheme of work (access to the object, construction of the circuit, connection points, electricity, etc.). In some cases, a preliminary visit to the object is necessary to clarify all the necessary factors.
Preparation and carrying out of works on chemical washing of the circuit
The contractor prepares all the means necessary to perform the work (equipment, pipelines, reagents, control devices, etc.). At the agreed time, the contractor arrives at the facility with equipment and personnel to carry out the work.
